Revelation 1, and how Jesus can only be described in similes, but how we’ll one day see him face-to-face, in full, for real.
When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, “Fear not, I am the first and the last, and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore.” – Revelation 1:17-18
It sounds like you are having a great September! Those things seem so wonderful.
Things that made me happy: Getting my Canon camera, productivity timers, continuing through the Old Testament with a friend, finding out that I can discuss something Christianity-related for the Honors project in my World History class, finding more free ebooks for my Kindle E-reader, aesthetic note-taking, listening to Down Gilead Lane, finishing a short story, and a letter from someone I haven’t seen since 5th grade. Despite the hard times we are in, there is still good. ❤
