3 Books Challenging, Inspiring, and Exciting Me

Here are three fantastic books that are challenging, inspiring, and exciting me right now:

Radical by David Platt

A craver of comfort and stuff, I need this book. It’s a bold reminder that the “American dream” of success and luxury shouldn’t be what Christ-followers chase. Radical is challenging me to take action as a witness for Jesus.

The Gospel Comes with a House Key by Rosaria Butterfield

Hospitality is something I’ve been thinking about lately, so I grabbed this book off my sister’s shelf. Rosaria is a superb writer and sound Christian.  Radically transformed from lesbian to hospitable homemaker, her heart for people is inspiring me to reach out to my neighbors too.

North! Or Be Eaten by Andrew Peterson

After devouring book one of The Wingfeather Saga, I was thrilled to open this sequel on my birthday. It has reminded me why Andrew Peterson is one of my favorite writers. North! Or Be Eaten is witty, whimsical, and highly exciting.

See you next week!
